Refund & Returns Policy

1. Pre-Orders & Shipping Timeline

Some products may be available as pre-orders. Shipping is expected to begin within 1 month of purchase unless otherwise stated. We appreciate your patience during fulfillment.

2. Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds only in the case of defective or damaged products.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Photo documentation of the defect or damage is required.
  • Used, opened, or non-defective items are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at hiperfire@hiperion.ca with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • If approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

4. Refund Method

If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Return Shipping

Hiperion Corporation will cover return shipping costs for approved refund cases involving defective or damaged items.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened fuel containers
  • Used accessories
  • Products without valid defect proof
